Q: [What is your cancellation policy?]
A: [Clients booking appointments must give 24 hours notice of
cancellation of a booked appointment or a charge of half the service
booked will be applied. Clients booking group or large events may be
required to provide a deposit that will be non - refundable if
cancellation is not given within 48 hours. ]
Q: [Do you still provide mobile
services?]
A: [We do still provide mobile services for specific group
activities and the senior population.]
Q: [How do you ensure our health and
safety?]
A: [We follow all health Canada standards for spas. We also provide
each person with his or her own packages for pedicures, manicures
and all gel nail applications. Metal implements are first cleaned
and then sterilized. All our employees are certified in their
specific field.]
Q: [Are the products you use natural?]
A: [In every circumstance we could we have provided natural or as
natural as possible product. We are continually looking for
healthier alternatives to use in our services. Our polishes are DPB,
formaldehyde, toluene and camphor free.]
Q: [Do you accept tips?]
A: [We accept tips and a portion of tips goes to sponsor a child in
a foreign country]
